Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 286win. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts identified by 286win will be suspended without notice, and any balances held within those accounts may be permanently forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 286win account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 286win will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone.

You must notify 286win's customer support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or that your login credentials have been compromised. 286win accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or from your disclosure of credentials to any third party.

• Do not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not allow third parties to place bets or access gaming products through your account.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available to enhance account protection.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

All activity conducted through your 286win account — whether or not authorised by you — remains your responsibility. 286win will treat all activity from your account as authorised until you notify us otherwise in writing.

286win accepts deposits via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR-denominated transactions are processed at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 286win does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PKR equivalent at the time of credit to your gaming wallet, using the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction processing.
• 286win does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are generally credited immediately upon confirmation by the respective payment network. Delays caused by third-party payment processors are beyond 286win's control.

Withdrawal requests from verified 286win accounts are processed within our target timeframe of 30 minutes during active support hours (10:00 AM – 2:00 AM PKT). Requests submitted outside support hours will be queued and processed on the next available business cycle.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or an equivalent method in your name where the original method is unavailable.
• Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal request can be approved. KYC documentation includes a government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 or the equivalent in USDT. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account tier and payment method.
• 286win reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours where enhanced verification checks are deemed necessary.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to bonus terms and may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• 286win does not charge withdrawal fees, though your receiving payment provider may deduct their own charges.

286win offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and over with a fully verified 286win account, unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, device, IP address, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.
• 286win reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Where 286win determines that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or in bad faith, it reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and to close the offending account.

All games and betting markets on the 286win platform are governed by product-specific rules, which are accessible within each game or betting section. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence.

Sports Betting

• All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation.
• 286win reserves the right to limit stake amounts, restrict markets, or refuse bets at its sole discretion.
• In-play bets are settled on the basis of the official result at the time the market closes. Bets placed after an outcome has been determined but before the market closes due to system latency may be voided.
• Cricket markets, including PSL, international Test matches, and T20 competitions, are settled according to the official result as declared by the governing body of the relevant competition.

Casino & Slot Games

• All slot and virtual game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, which has been independently audited for fairness and randomness.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing, spinning, or drawing processes conducted by real dealers in licensed studios. These processes are independently audited.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically based on the game's internal logic. The settled result will be applied to your account upon reconnection.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a technical error affects the integrity of a game outcome, 286win reserves the right to void affected bets and restore accounts to their pre-game state.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 286win platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform while under the legal gambling age of 21 years.
• Creating or operating more than one 286win account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with any game.

• Engaging in match-fixing, event manipulation, or any activity intended to corrupt the outcome of a sporting event.

• Engaging in or facilitating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Impersonating another player, 286win employee, or any other person.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP obfuscation tools to circumvent geographic or account-based restrictions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 286win and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, including deposit or withdrawal delays.

286win's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit 286win's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct.

286win collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them.
